Shipping Policy

At Mapl Soda, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We guarantee delivery within one week from the order date. However, unexpected delays due to shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• We currently ship primarily within Montreal, Canada.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not offer free shipping at this time with the exception of local shipments within the Island of Montreal.
• At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

3. Liability & Risk During Transit

• Mapl Soda is not liable for any damage, freezing, or other conditions affecting the product during transit. Customers assume the risk of shipping-related issues, including exposure to extreme temperatures.
• If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

5. Lost Packages

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number for updates.
• If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
