Shipping Policy
At Mapl Soda, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- We guarantee delivery within one week from the order date. However, unexpected delays due to shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- We currently ship primarily within Montreal, Canada.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not offer free shipping at this time with the exception of local shipments within the West Island of Montreal.
- At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.
3. Liability & Risk During Transit
- Mapl Soda is not liable for any damage, freezing, or other conditions affecting the product during transit. Customers assume the risk of shipping-related issues, including exposure to extreme temperatures.
- If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
5. Lost Packages
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number for updates.
- If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
