Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make things right!
Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Your package was lost in transit (after a reasonable shipping period)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a claim, please email mapl.sodabusiness@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days.
Exclusions
- We cannot accept returns for reasons of personal taste preference.
- We do not accept returns on opened or consumed products.
- Any claims made after 7 days of receiving your order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
In cases where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs on approved claims.
